Prohibited Activities

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members
  • Sending spam or unsolicited promotional content

  • Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scraping or data mining member information
  • Posting offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content
  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities

Payment Terms

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for selected plans

  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension

We offer a money-back guarantee if we are unable to satisfy your needs. Refund requests must be submitted within the specified period and are subject to review.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

By uploading content to WedRings, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

Disclaimers

  • WedRings is a matchmaking platform; we do not guarantee that you will find a match
  • We are not responsible for the conduct of other members on or off the platform

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Member profiles are user-generated; we do not verify all information

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedRings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the past 12 months.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Failure to pay membership fees
